Returning Staff Hiring Process

Step 1: Complete a Returning Staff Interest Form!

If you are interested in working another season at Avid4 Adventure, and haven’t already completed a returning staff interest form, please do that now. Someone from the TA Team will reach out shortly to schedule a check-in over Google Meets (starting in November). We look forward to discussing positions and program options for the upcoming season!

*Returning International Staff check-ins are already in progress due to the nature of the time it takes to do the visa process. You will be contacted asap once you’ve completed an interest form.

Step 2: Prepare for your Check-In

Follow this checklist to ensure you’re ready for your check-in with a TA Specialist.

Step 3: Get Ready for Another Great Season!

Your TA Specialist will follow up regarding a decision on an offer and onboarding details.

Interested in a Camp Leadership Role?

The Day Camp Regional Managers and Overnight Camp Directors will be sending out an email in December to all returning staff with an application link for leadership roles. You will need to apply then and these interviews will take place in January.

Important to note- please still complete the returning staff interest form regardless if you’re only interested in Leadership. The TA Specialist can go ahead and have a quick check-in with you, save a spot in your alternate choice of position, and then if you get a leadership offer, that’s great! We will open up the other position for another person and ensure you have all the offer information needed for the leadership role.
